Remnant Church seeks to respond to the holistic needs of the entire membership-these needs are individual, family, congregational and communal. In an effort to demonstrate the love of Christ we endeavor to provide special proactive care for our disciples to assist them in every appropriate aspect during their journey of life.

Baby Dedication
Baby/child dedications take place periodically during the 11:00 AM worship service. Requests for baby dedications must be received at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled date. Baby/child dedications will be performed up to age three.

Weddings

Though the culture has evolving definitions of marriage, we believe that it is God alone who has the ultimate authority to prescribe and describe the marital relationship (Gen. 2:24; Matt. 19:1-9; Mark 10:1-12). Because of this understanding, we will only recognize marriages that meet the biblical definition: a covenant relationship between one genderĀ-heterosexual man and one genderĀ- heterosexual woman. The pastors, ministers and staff of Remnant Church will only participate in weddings and officiate marriages that meet this definition, and our facilities will only host marriage ceremonies that meet this definition.

Couples desiring to have their wedding ceremony at Remnant Church or ceremony to be performed by a member of the Pastoral Team must be scheduled for premarital classes before any dates can be confirmed or marriage services can be provided. Couples must complete ALL premarital classes before the wedding. Services are also available for currently married couples seeking to renew wedding vows.

Celebration of Life Services
The church provides comfort, aid, and support to members and their families after the loss of a loved one (i.e. spouse, children, parent, and sibling). Facilities are available for funerals. Please contact the church office at 405-931-2512 or text 405-433-7882 to provide notification of any death so that our pastoral team may provide the proper, prayer, guidance and support during your time of bereavement.

To ensure the celebration of life/memorial service flows in accordance with Remnant Church worship guidelines you should ensure a member of the Pastoral Team is included in the plans and preparations for the services.

The Church does not pay for burial/funeral home or cremation expenses. We encourage each member at Remnant Church to obtain and to maintain burial and/or life insurance in an appropriate amount to ensure their personal affairs are taken care of upon demise.

Hospital Visitation
In the unexpected event you are hospitalized or some other life threatening emergency arises and would like to receive visitation from a member of our Core Ministry Team please contact us at 405-931-2512 or text 405-433-7882. We provide visitation for persons unable to attend church for an extended period of time due to illness to include the provision of Holy Communion if requested.

Pastoral Care/Biblical Guidance
If you need professional counseling, we are more than willing to refer to you qualified marriage, family, or other professional counselors. What the Pastoral Care Team of Remnant Church can provide is solid biblical counsel and biblical guidance.

Water Baptism

Baptism service, one of the ordinances of the church, will be held periodically based upon demand and need. New converts seeking to be baptized must go through our Baptism Class. If you are already saved but have never been baptized or would like to be re-baptized we still would like for you to participate in our baptism class to receive a biblical foundation and understanding of what this means and symbolizes.
